Non-stick and great tasting.

Love this spray oil!

A blend of two oils highly recommended by my nutritionist, this spray oil makes it easy to coat the pan with the perfect small amount. It doesn't have a heavy flavor, so the food's flavors shine through. We've used it for vegetables and meats in a variety of recipes. Pans are ready to clean, too, not sticky with residue.

Great all purpose spray

I use this for everything - from quesadillas to baking to grilling! No flavor to it, and super high heat so nothing sticks. The 8 oz can is one of the bigger sizes out there and I don't use it up as quickly as the smaller ones, so it makes it good value for money.

My new indoor outdoor cooking spray!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We made the switch to avocado oil not too long ago because I love that theres no taste. Im obsessed with the sprayer on this! Im able to use it in my pans as well as on my grill for BBQing. I also love that this brand comes in an 8oz option way more convenient.
