[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mountain Lodge scent is warm, cozy, and inviting, with a subtle hint of spice that really creates a relaxing feeling. The fragrance fills the room well without being overpowering, making it perfect for evenings or colder weather. The burn quality is excellent, as expected from Yankee Candle, and the scent remains consistent throughout. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have liked a slightly stronger throw in larger rooms. However, it's still a lovely fragrance that creates a comforting atmosphere and is one I would happily buy again.

It has the kind of cool, clean and naturally grounded profile that feels relaxing and atmospheric, making it a perfect scent for quiet evenings, cozy retreats and nature inspired spaces. The fragrance is thoughtfully layered and well balanced. Middle notes of green herbal and sage form the heart of the scent. Together, they create a fresh aromatic character that feels crisp, earthy and slightly rugged rather than sweet, sharp or overly green. The green herbal note gives the scent a natural leafy freshness, while the sage adds a dry, calming and lightly savory quality. That herbal center makes the fragrance feel clean and outdoorsy, with enough depth to suggest mountain air drifting through wooded terrain. Top notes of ozone and effervescent citrus add brightness, lift and a fresh atmospheric opening. It's refreshing since it's not based on the traditional Fall scents that use apple, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, clove, and nutmeg.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to burn this candle two different times. There is no throw to the scent! Inches away and you can smell it. I just threw more than half the candle away - not worth the effort to trim the wick and light it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Similar to the other negative reviews, I agree. This specific fragrance has virtually no “throw” at all. It’s not a wick length issue, it’s not a room size issue. I ordered this over a year ago and this time I figured I’d try it again because maybe they improved the scent formula. Nope, it’s just the way this fragrance is. It’s a shame because when you smell the unlit candle it is great. But when you light it no matter how long it’s lit, how large the melt pool becomes, you will not smell it at all. Wouldn’t recommend. I suggest as an avid Yankee candle consumer that the company changes this or removes it from purchase availability all together. I’d feel bad for the consumer who only has the money to buy one candle and this is what they chose.

I do not recommend this candle. The smell is nice (mountain lodge) but you can hardly smell it! I can burn the candle all day but you wouldn’t know it because the fragrance is SO weak.
