I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's quickly become my go-to for quick meals and snacks. The Rosewater color is gorgeous, soft, modern, and a perfect pop of color on my counter without taking up much space. Even though it's a mini, the 4-quart size holds more than I expected. I've made everything from crispy Brussels sprouts to chicken tenders, and everything cooks evenly without me having to hover. The controls are simple, it heats up fast, and the built-in notification sounds are a lifesaver. It gives helpful alerts when it's time to shake or when the food is done, which makes it so much easier to multitask without risking overcooking anything. Cleanup is easy, too. The basket lifts out smoothly, and a quick wash is all it usually needs. If you want something cute, compact, and genuinely convenient, the Vortex Mini is a solid win, especially if you're the kind of person who always has five things going at once while cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to the full sized air fryers that i have in house currently i love the size that the product comes in because its size its easier to place on the counter and doesn't take too much space. I feel as though it cooks evenly and heats up a little faster. I've used it multiple times and have noticed that each food that i have cooked has cooked evenly. With some of the larger air fryers i have moments where some parts weren't cooked through or even and had to add a little more time. Some benefits owning this product i would say is that it is easier to clean, quick heat up, to my ears its quiet, and loving the color than the traditional black or white colors that some air fryers have. I would definiely buy for the size, price, and quality in performance if i had to again. and highly recommend and encourage others to do so. Its a good start air fryers for two.. as my partner and i are the only ones in the household. Overall i would say i am very satisfied. let the food prepping commence!

Easy to use, heats up fast, cleans up easily, temperature adjustments and just the right size for a small kitchen. This Air fryer makes baking, roasting, dehydrating easy as the touch of a button. It's easy enough to use even for my 10 year old to make a quick snack in.

This device is easy to navigate and can flourish in a single to multi-generational home. It saves counter space in a studio apartment, and even my older parents love it. My favorite function is the reheating, so I don't have to rely on the microwave. However, I would not recommend the baking function. I tried to bake cornbread, and only the top was well done, but the bottom of the pan remained in batter form, half-cooked. I'm still experimenting with the dehydrating function.

It cooks evenly even when using parchment paper. I use parchment to keep it cleaner. I love the color and size, less bulky and eye sore on the counter.

This air fryer is the perfect size for making food for 1-2 people. I've used it several times now to cook frozen food and re-heat leftovers (I was shocked by how well it re-crispened leftover fries). I absolutely love the color, and the window that allows you to see your food as it cooks is a nice touch. Super easy to use and clean (dishwasher-safe). Overall a great little appliance!
