Horrible. Bring back the original formula.
I was a consistent user of the baby wash, baby lotion and original mineral sunscreen since 2019. I used this products for myself daily and I LOVED these products. However, since they've changed their formulations recently, the products are not good. I'm so devastated that I have to find a new product line for me and my daughter. Please, please, please bring back the original formulations.

I have been using Pipette for more than two years, and I'm so happy to see the brand continuing to improve. The delivery was super fast — it used to take weeks, so this was a great surprise. It's very convenient now. I also prefer shopping directly from the brand's website to support them, so I really appreciated the quick shipping. And the new vanilla lotion is heavenly.

Like the consistency
It moisturizes well. It isn't to runny and is a nice consistency. I don't like when lotion is to think where it's not easy to apply or rub into the skin but not to runny to where you put on to much because it poured out. This is a perfect middle.

The perfect lotion for the entire family
This is my favorite daytime lotion for hands since it absorbs super fast and still provides a good amount of moisture. Our whole family uses it (kids and adults) for hands and bodies since it works so well. I prefer the unscented version since there's no scent to interfere with deodorant or perfume scents but the kids like the scented versions best.

Being back the old formula !!!!!
I used to love this product. I was a die hard, long time user of this and several other products. I've been using on myself for at least 5 years now. I now have a 1 year old and wanted to continue using in her as well but the recent formula change is not good. The product is not nearly as good as it used to be and I will be switching brands.

Bad Formula Change
They changed the formula. This product contains less squalene, more carbomer and waxes. Now it feels and works like every other high caprylic capric triglyceride and carbomer lotion. Moisturization and skin protection is seriously diminished. Why? Probably to improve their bottom line. I am very disappointed...
