  • A: The only difference in this product is packaging. In response to the numerous difficulties that were brought to our attention concerning the Lotion's thickness and the constant struggles with the pump, we decided to manufacture many of these in more convenient, squeezable tubes.

    Clean and hydrating

    The smell is subtle and clean. The only thing that caught me off guard was the texture is liquidly and accidentally over poured it in my hand. I’ve been using this one on my daughter for years!

    My experience with this product is that it’s a perfect product. Not a strong scent but good enough to make my baby smell. Nice a little goes a long way and simple easy travel packaging.

    Different smell and consistency

    I used your lotion for over 12 years now since I had my first born. We love the scent of the yellow one so much not until I bought one and the smell is kinda different, consistency is different. It is now watery. I thought maybe because it is stored in a humid place but reading the reviews here did convince me its the formula that changed. Bring back the original one.

    Watery mess. I used to love this just like so many others here, but I won’t purchase it again. You had a great product and loyal customers who were loyal with many repeat purchases. And yet you changed it to a subpar product and succumbed to the added perfume product makers which surely makes one this it’s to cover up a bad smell from the new ingredients or to gloss over that it is no longer natural. Either way, the sum total of this unfavorable new formula, is that you have lost trust of many. I was going to switch shampoo & conditioner to Shea Moistrure bc of the natural ingredient reputation but not so sure I will now. Have you sold out like all other companies, to cheap, toxic chemicals that don’t belong on skin, hair, or in our bodies? Surely hope you are listening to those who have supported you!

    Save yourself the headache, find something else!

    AVOID. I've used this lotion for every baby I've had, after the 4th, we had to switch lotions because they changed the formula within the past few years and it's incredibly watery, even after shaking to mix it. (Even the smell of it is off.) I kept buying a bottle here and there thinking I grabbed a bad one but unfortunately, all of them have been the same consistency. It makes me question all of their products after this negative experience. Luckily, the matching shampoo hasn't changed as much, other than the color and smell over the years, it still handles sensitive skin delicately and hasn't changed consistency. Bring back a baby lotion customers can trust!

    Changed formula!

    This used to be my favorite for my babies. The formula has since changed & it’s super watery and chunky now, even after shaking. I do love the smell, but after reading other reviews with the same issue, I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing.

    Not the same….

    This WAS my favorite lotion. I have been using it for years. What did you do to it? My last two tubes were so watery that the lotion actually spills out. It’s now the consistency of coffee creamer!I thought it was a fluke, but apparently not, I am seeing many others complaining about the same issue. I’ll be moving on to something else. Such a shame….

    Don't waste your money

    This used to be our favorite lotion for the kids but after they changed the formula it looks like I have to search for a new lotion. It is so watery now that it gets everywhere when I’m trying to use it. Don’t waste your money on this one unless they bring back the original formula.

    What’s wrong with the lotion?

    For close to 6 years I have been using the chamomile and argan oil baby lotion. Not only is it hard to find but I used to get in the pump bottle size and now can only get it in the tube. Worst issue is the last 4 tubes have been watery. It spills out with a watery consistency. Very disappointed. Plenty of money wasted.

    Changed formula is very watery

    I can indeed tell that the formula to make this lotion has changed, I’ve recently noticed that it is very watery and it has made my baby skin break out. Being a new mom this is very frustrating and the first time I used this lotion we loved it but I can now tell that how it is made has changed.

    So disappointed! Change it back! For YEARS this has been my go to body lotion, not only for my kids but for myself (woman in her 30s!). It use to have an amazing feel, a perfect consistency and made my skin nice and soft without a greasy feel. Well, after the formula changed, The last few months it is SO WATERY, it falls right out of the bottle. I hate it. I’ve also noticed the added “perfume” which may take away how natural this lotion use to be. I will no longer be purchasing sadly!

    Heavenly fragrance moisturizer
