Q: Would this be good to removal a cradel cap?

A: I use this for my kids for years now. I can't remember if I got rid of my daughters cradle cap with this, but I would definitely give it a try. Argan Oil, Frankincense and Myrrh are very good for your skin so you can't do anything wrong with it : )

Q: I love this product and used it for years on my grandson. This is the first with the pump bottle and I can't get the pump top to open. I've tried turning and lifting Iit both ways. Can you help me?

A: Thanks for taking the time to reach out. We're glad that you love our Raw Shea Chamomile & Argan Baby Wash & Shampoo, but we're sorry to hear you're having issues with the pump. We advise you to try to press down on the pump with your palm and turning counterclockwise with the product facing you. The pump should then pop up. Otherwise, we suggest unscrewing the cap to see if the tube has disconnected from the pump. You can also try holding the tube under warm water to clear any product that has dried in that area. We hope this helps.

Q: will this burn her eyes. she only 7 months so I was thinking about getting it but don't want to get something that will get in the way and burn her eyes when i use it.

I have been using this shampoo since my toddler was a baby. It is the best shampoo for him because it’s gentle on his skin, cleans him well and has a light scent. I only need a small amount from the bottle to wash his hair and body, which makes this shampoo a great value.

This scent will forever remind me of my newborns. My goodness, such a sweet scent. My first baby had very sensitive skin as a newborn. On my first purchase of this item, I fell in love with it. My family would constanly compliment my babies when they would hold them "Hum, you smell so good." We heard that often, from a few family members. The price HAS went up over the months. I can't always fit it into my budget. (Walking by it, sad puppies eyes) Now with three babies, it goes faster then I like it to. Wish, I had buckets of this baby wash. Its such a calming, clean wash. My babies and I enjoyed bath times with this one.

Liked the formula and how clean it is. However I would love it to smell even slightly. The fragrance lasts only a couple of minutes. If you’re like me looking a little long lasting smelling baby shampoo that’s not for you. I wouldn’t buy again

I love SheaMoisture products because of how great it is on the skin, but I swear I am always having a problem with the packaging. The squeeze dispense wouldn’t come out no matter which way I turned it. I tried everything not working so I had to just throw the top off. I also get the detangler and the spray was not spraying as it should, it wouldn’t spritz. I’ve got these items more than twice and I’m sure it’s not a defect problem. I just wish they would not make their packaging cheap.

My friend recommended me this brand, and I so happy to buy it. First, smell so good and light. I used only one or two drop to wash my baby, his skin soft and not get any eczema. I lucky I found right shampoo for my kid at first time. Now his skin and hair very soft, I also used shea lotion after yah for him. That is good combine.

Bought this with the matching lotion. Like others have said, it gave my baby a very bad rash all over his body. He’s never had sensitive skin or a bad reaction to any products like this before. The products performed good but just be careful and make sure you’re paying attention.
