Q: Would this be good to removal a cradel cap?

A: I've used this since my children were babies, mostly because it is a mild and gentle on the skin. That said, it did not remove cradle cap. I think you need an ingredient that will dry it out more.

A: We do not make a Tear-Free claim in our products at this time. However, our products do not contain any synthetic ingredients, such as synthetic alkyl polyethoxylates and/or alkyl phenol polyethoxylates, which can be common in tear-free shampoos. Our products are formulated to be gentle on baby’s delicate skin, using natural, certified organic and ethically sourced ingredients that soften and smooth with scents specially created to soothe and calm baby. SheaMoisture collections do not contain any parabens, sulfates, phthalates, paraffin, formaldehyde, miner oil, petroleum, DEA, silicone, synthetic fragrance or artificial color. We use a derivative of coconut oil to lather on baby’s delicate skin. When you're using them, a slight head tilt back should help to keep these products out of their eyes.

Just bought this for my toddler . I am switching from another brand to this one . It has really good reviews and hopefully he really likes it and goes well with his skin. New ingredients...again. No longer the product it used to be 5+ years ago. My daughter with sensitive skin can no longer use this and will get rashes from this. First pic is the new bottle and 2nd pic is the bottle we got previously. It used to be thick and almost creamy looking and has slowly changed alot over the years. Really like the smell of it which is why I've stuck with it but will be changing unfortunately since it's not the product that we loved before.
