Pipette Baby Lotion Fragrance Free - 5.7 fl oz

Do not buy this lotion. Despite being marketed as “clean” and “gentle,” it caused rashes on my baby. One week ago, my baby developed severe rashes that required a doctor visit and prescription medication. Last night, I applied this lotion again on healthy skin, and by morning he had a rash and was scratching. That confirmed this product is the cause. The ingredients may be labeled “clean,” but they are not gentle for babies. This marketing is misleading. I strongly urge parents to avoid this product.

This is our favorite baby lotion! It feels clean and love that there isn’t fragrance.

This is my favorite daytime lotion for hands since it absorbs super fast and still provides a good amount of moisture. Our whole family uses it (kids and adults) for hands and bodies since it works so well. I prefer the unscented version since there’s no scent to interfere with deodorant or perfume scents but the kids like the scented versions best.

Nice and gentle, no scent. Absorbs well.

I’m beyond disappointed by this reformulation. Pipette used to be one of the best truly clean brands on the market, and this product was a holy grail for my 3-year-old’s eczema and my own. It never burned, it calmed inflammation, and it actually helped heal irritated skin — which is incredibly rare for eczema sufferers. I loved this product so much that I used to buy it in bulk just to make sure I always had it on hand. I currently have a few bottles left of the old formula, and I’ve found myself comparing ingredient lists across the baby lotion, eczema products, and even the shampoo because I’m trying to understand what changed. Unfortunately, the difference is clear. The new formula is not the same. The ingredient list has shifted, the product no longer starts with the high-quality main ingredients it once did, and it now feels like fillers have taken priority. For a brand that built trust on clean, thoughtful formulations, this feels like a step backward. If Pipette wants to offer this new version, that’s fine, but please bring back the original formula possibly as a nich product! I would gladly pay triple for it. Loyal customers shouldn’t have to lose a product that genuinely worked for sensitive, eczema-prone skin. Please listen to the customers who supported your brand from the beginning. The Nourishing Shampoo has also changed in texture and is now so watery that it’s difficult to use. It pours and drips instead of staying in the hand, which leads to a lot of wasted product. I have to apply it directly onto my child’s head just to prevent it from running through my fingers, and I can’t imagine how younger children are supposed to manage this on their own. This is not practical or user-friendly. I genuinely feel bad for the bad review, but sadly the products aren't the same anymore.

This product smells great and it keeps the skin moisturized.

Love it! I check all baby products against Yuka and this one was rated excellent (no bad ingredients). Not greasy at all

My favorite lotion. I have extremely sensitive skin, and this lotion is the best of several I've tried.

I’ve been using this since my son was a newborn. Recently bought a new bottle and in the 2 times I’ve used the new bottle, my son’s skin becomes red and inflamed wherever I put the lotion. It goes away on its own after about an hour but I’m not sure what the deal is. Did you guys change the formula? I can’t use it anymore due to the reaction.

So upset the formula changed! It used to be thick and hydrating. Now when applied, it literally feels like water. It’s runny and super thin. I’m so disappointed because I loved their lotion for my kids. I’m sad to say I’ll be making a switch.

I used to love this product. I was a die hard, long time user of this and several other products. I’ve been using on myself for at least 5 years now. I now have a 1 year old and wanted to continue using in her as well but the recent formula change is not good. The product is not nearly as good as it used to be and I will be switching brands.

Pipette is the best natural baby product on the market today. I purchased all of their products for my grandchildren. I keep an entire set here when they visit.

We’ve been using this since she came home from the hospital and she’s now 2.5. It’s not greasy and somehow does a really good job at moisturizing her skin. Sometimes I use it too. I love that it’s got clean ingredients and their whole line is affordable.

Started using this 3 months ago. I am a sensitive senior. Absolutely love the wildflower.. my skin runs dry. Absorption is amazing. My skin is truly young after I use this!!! Healing keen and supreme.. do not change a thing!!!

We live in a dry climate and my baby has normal to dry skin. I hardly notice a difference when using this lotion. If you have oily skin and live in a humid climate then maybe you will like this, but it doesn’t work for us. I do like that it’s fragrance free though.

I LOVE this lotion I tried many different lotions and all were making my baby break out in red little dots and as soon as it put this on my babies face it cleared up make sure you get fragrance free !!

Love the lotion itself, but the tube it came in (or at the least the one we got) seems to have had an issue. While squeezing some of the product out to use, the top of the tube busted open in a small area. So now whenever we squeeze the tube to get some of the product out, it comes out both the top and bottom which is a little annoying.

Gave my baby a rash even though it says it’s hypoallergenic. Also feels sticky and not very hydrating.

I love this ewg rated lotion for my toddlers. We have been using it since they were a baby!

Love this baby lotion so much — so hydrating and gentle on my one year olds skin, great for everyday use. Has the sweetest subtle scent that we both love.
