They don’t cause any unwanted side effects like an upset stomach but I always take them with food. They aren’t super large either, nor do they have a terrible aftertaste assuming you take them with food. I highly recommend.

    I received these Centrum Silver women 50 Vitamins, as a free sample from Gratsy Sampling. I have been taking them, and they are complete multivitamin, supports heart, brain, eye health + bone strength. They are a little bit large to take but I swollen them easily with water. I am 71 years old and I really need these multivitamins, to help me with my health. They are easy to take with me , the Jar is not that big, clinically provides memory support..

I have followed the directions for the daily usage, & I really don’t feel too different. The pills are a bit big for my taste—swallowing them is kinda hard. My only issue with them is it is a fairly large pill and I would probably rather have a gummy but that is a preference.
