Do not purchase

The item arrived in a box that was already split open at one side. The top piece of wood has a very obvious dent and damage to it. The doors of this unit do not at all hang aligned and scrape against the top of the bottom ledge no matter how much you try to adjust how you install the hinges. We must have spent 8 hours trying to get it assembled and all the doors are still misaligned and will not close properly. The top panel of this item is warped so there is always a gap between the door and the top. The back panel has cheaply adhered staples and glue which has literally fallen off. Do not recommend purchasing this item. That being said it is strong enough to hold up a tv if that's what you want to use it for.
