Best I’ve found for restless leg

Two of these before bed is the best thing I’ve ever found for eliminating restless leg so I can fall asleep. Especially after heavy exercise, if I don’t have these it’s going to be a rough night. These are difficult to find in stores, even though many stores carry this brand. I’ve tried another brand but it didn’t work nearly as well, even when taking twice as many.

Certified Gluten Free, Celiac safe

Love Country Life, as a celiac and a bariatric surgery individual these are the only safe vitamins I could find! They are highly effective and taste good! I highly recommend them and rest assured they are Certified Gluten Free! I take one every morning, and my tests were perfect for my levels of magnesium and potassium which were always running low.

Changed my life!

I’ve had these for awhile but never decided to take them. Then, I decided to give it a try and wow. I have had both sleeping issues and bathroom issues for years. I take 2 of these before bed and I have a deep sleep every night and I’m using the bathroom much more often. I highly reccomend.

An outstanding value in a must have mineral supplement.

As an Athlete, I can tell you Country Life's Magnesium Potassium Asparate is a must have. It is know historically to improve performance, stamina, and recovery. I love the brown glass bottles (recyclable), and the chelated formulation. These capsules are coated with a slippery gelatin-like coating that prevents oxygen from getting to the caspules and degrading them (genius) and it makes them easy to swallow. An outstanding value in a must have mineral supplement. You know this is popular because Swanson is sold out of it sometimes.

Perfect except tablets are big

Good value and good for you. I think Swanson's vitamins are great. The only drawback to these is they pretty big tablets and are hard for me to swallow sometimes. There's no pill size information. I still buy them but occasionally I can't get them down.

To get a little Mag boost beyond my multi and Cal-Mag-Zinc-D combo, (both of which I use in half-doses of full strength label recommendation), it is the one which therefore works for me to round things out.
