Good quality, good price and yes I would recommend it.
I’ve been using this product on and off. Now I’m continuing it because it has higher potency’s then previous ones taken. It has no iron which means no constipation for seniors!

Paradise Herbs Multi Vitamin with no iron
It has no aftertaste and it is energizing. I only have to take one capsule a day! I have tried many other kinds before this. I highly recommend this.

Just compare the ingredients in this multi with others available, especially considering the price; it's no contest! Would like to see Paradise replace the 'pro-biotic' (aren't enough in there to make a difference and probably taking a pro-biotic anyway) with 100mgs of CO-Q10.

Most multivitamins do not include Vitamin D3. This high quality multi has 1000 IU of it along with many other important nutrients. Paradise Herbs also gives you the option of "no iron" if you don't need it. I like that these are capsules which are easier to swallow and they don't leave a nasty aftertaste like a tablet does.

5 stars for not adding manesium steearate and other anti-nutrient fillers to their products. Weakly downside, I don't think probiotics belong in a vitamin--there can't be enuf and yer going to probably take a separate pb anyway, so save the room for, say, more greens.
