It didn't win him over after knowing what regular mac and cheese taste. It took longer to cook the noodles, like most GF, but they had a perfect texture with a few extra minutes.

This is a good alternative. I enjoyed the taste and texture, and it didn't make me feel queasy or make me break out the next day. It's not something that I'd eat every day but I would purchase it again as an occasional nostalgic treat!
