I cooked the Aged Cheddar Style Deluxe Mac & Cheese for lunch today and was genuinely satisfied. From prep to plate, it took about 10 minutes and delivered that bold, creamy comfort I was craving. I already had the extra ingredients on hand like the oat milk and plant-based butter which helped bring out even more richness in the sauce. It was smooth, flavorful and had just the right texture. I would highly recommend Daiya if you’re looking for a satisfying dairy-free alternative and love mac and cheese as much as I do.

I have tried many versions of their Mac n cheese before but this one is by far the best I’ve ever tried!! This was super easy to make, with easy instructions. The flavor is so realistic to actual dairy, so it’s hard to even tell it’s dairy free. Well at least for me. But the calories are super high which is my only concern with my diet. However, this is definitely a Mac n cheese I recommend!

There are some Daiya products that I love, but their pasta has never impressed me—until now. I ate the entire bowl and wanted more. The cheese sauce is really delicious and closely resembles traditional powdered cheese; you could easily fool someone with this. However, the gluten-free noodles are still a bit al dente, even when following the maximum cooking instructions. I'm used to a fantastic gf pasta brand from Italy, so take that as you will. The noodles are the reason I’m giving this review 4 stars. Nevertheless, I will definitely be purchasing this again when I'm in the mood for a classic mac and cheese experience.

I was intrigued by this being dairy free- however the directions say to make it with milk! So it’s really not dairy free unless you use plant milk. Not a fan of that kind of advertising! It tasted ok but not great, the dairy kind is better. Especially if you are using dairy milk then what’s the point? The box was simple, as you would expect. I wasn’t impressed and don’t recommend this, I also wouldn’t but it again.
