The flavor was very bland, so I added spices. It was fine in first eating, but the leftovers had a bad texture & normal for gluten free

I really like the ingredient list is minimal and gluten free which was not obvious to me on the front Packaging so you might want to highlight those words a little bit. Anyway I really wanted the age to chatter it was out of stock so I tried the white cheddar and it tastes tastes really good and it Cooks up really nicely.
