I knew when I bought this it would do what it said.ine one thing I love the most is the taste it says it taste like berry an it does it's good just like candy. Works fast!!!! I've ordered 3 different b12 from health food store an amazon?an they got decent reviews but the taste was horrible think it went thru sewer water an then blended in the flavoring!!! 5 STARS FOR MARY RUTH ORGANICS

Great product. It gives the extra energy boost i need. I have only one issue. After you shake the bottle make sure you take cap off over the sink. It will leak. Other than that, it is a great product.

Im 1 yr post op from gastric bypass and it is very important to take all the proper vitamins. I have to take 32 different vitamins and I wanted to try something different so I bought the B-12 and I’m so glad I did! My B-12 levels are right where they are supposed to be and the taste is good it’s kind of a fun way to kick off all my vitamins. Info my sprays and then on to the next. Totally recommend to other gastric bypass patients or anyone wanting a good B-12

Was hesitant to get these bc I was worried the taste would be bad but its not bad at all! I actually look forward to taking my daily vitamins and regimen now! I have to say too, after taking this for a full week, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my energy levels. This will definitely be a repeat buy for me.

Since starting yours I have had more stamina and I am sleeping better and longer hours! I am in the process of seeing what you have in my other supplements and plan on changing to a better quality, more natural brand. Also the prices are more affordable for better, more complete products. They also have the correct daily allowances ! I am very detailed in my comparisons. I must have been under a rock not to have learned of Mary Ruth Organics before now!! I also appreciate that you send a sample to try! I know I will definitely be switching multivitamin and collagen! After 2 weeks of using this spray I DID NOT feel any difference in my energy, and I wouldn’t really care, but worse happened- my whole body broke out in tiny pimples! All over my face, chest & back! They were also very painful... I know this spray Caused it because my strict diet didn’t change & I didn‘t change any vitamins as well, this was the Only new product I added to my routine! So disappointed, I had such high hopes for this product :( Hopefully I will heal soon after stopping this Spray
