Needs quality control.

It's not made very sturdy. Missing drill holes (yes I triple checked the picture instructions), magnets don't stick. Not meant for outside. I read the dimensions and still appears to be pretty dang small. Paint job is iffy. Will I return it? Probably not, I spent to much time putting it together. Basically, even on sale it cost to much for trouble.

Very cute

It’s a cute addition to my garden! It actually rolls. It’s not a working wagon, it’s a pretty decorative wagon where you can display beautifully your flower plants on a very nice visually adorable wagon!! And compared with almost all the other sites this was the most reasonable price. It has small magnets with different themes for the seasons that you can attach to the side of the wagon. A nice touch!

Don't Use Target Online Ordering

Ordered this cart online. Then after a few minutes decided it would be to small. Went back into the Target system to cancel and could not find that option. Went into the chat feature and was 77 in line. Waited finally someone chatted with me only to be transferred to a "specialist". The special said because the item went through a third party vendor it won't give you that option. My only choices were to refuse the item when it arrives or take it back to a Target store. Horrible experience. No wonder the CEO just left.
