[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old formula that was bright white and thicker and was far superior to the new formula with beige tint. My hair is now thin again and not thick. Why did you change??! Very disappointed with the change!

My Dermatologist recommended it to me after loosing a significant amount of hair after back to back bouts of Covid and a 5 hr back surgery. My shedding has improved over the past 1. 5 yrs that I’ve been using Revita.

The worst customer service on
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst customer service on earth! Never had a more pathetic experience. Email and electronic forms sent nearly 20 times. 2 responses and they send you in loops asking for more information but they never respond the the reply. Then they say “case closed “ because you didn’t respond! Omg!!! What !? I responded 20 times !!! Anyway …. Do not buy this product! It’s terrible doesn’t work and customer service will not help with basic nice concerns. You will not get a refund and if shipment is damaged you will not get replacement

Not a good fit for me
Just didn't work for me. It made my hair SUPER soft which can be good, but just wasn't in this case. Was more "slippery" and I couldn't style it. Also my head broke out and it wasn't comfortable. I don't know if it was the product or just me AND the product. We aren't a good fit and couldn't continue using to see.

Newly bought shampoo
My hair ws left terribly tangled. Felt dry and when i blowed it dry, it took a few minutes, and normally it takes longer. Used 3 times. And ws sadly not impressed. Expensive purchase, so i am disappointed

My hair loss accelerated
I started the product shortly after its delivery and began to track my usage and its effects. I was meticulous in how I used it, where I applied it and how long I let it dwell in my hair when showering. I had a schedule of using it 4 days a week (with 3 days for resting roughly every 1 - 2 days). Needless to say after 2 months of use my hairline recession had accelerated by week 4. I thought this was just possibly normal and that newer and stronger hair would grow back in its place but it didn't. By week 8 the recession was undeniable and scared me so much that I stopped using the product immediately. The hair on the crown of my head looked like it hadn't experienced much change as a result but just to be sure I still stopped using the product. I'm not sure if what other people are reporting is accurate or if they've experienced similar situations but this product probably is not for me.
