Q: Previous owner Assembled right hand side but want to switch it to the left, how can i get the side pieces off? Ive unbolted it from the back but it wont slide off. Is it inly one bolt then lift?

  • A: There is no need to remove the side panel. Please go behind the sofa first and remove the screws connecting the back frames to each other, as well as the screws between the back frame and the armrest. Then, pull out the connector brackets that join the entire chaise section and the entire loveseat sleeper section. After that, you can switch the two sections from right to left and reassemble them. Detailed instructions can be found on pages 24–27 of the user manual.

    The couch was super uncomfortable! The cushions were very thin and did not puff up much after opening the Vaccum seal. The two main cushions were slightly different colors. The set up was confusing because there was J and JJ screws for example. The nice thing about the couch was the storage in the chaise but the firmness was not worth it

    I’m honestly disappointed with this sofa. It took about 4 hours to assemble, which was much longer than expected. The instructions were not very clear, and the process was frustrating. Also, the cushions are not soft at all. They feel very firm and not well-molded, which makes the sofa uncomfortable to sit on. I was expecting something more cozy and supportive, but it feels hard instead. On top of that, the cushion on the L-shaped section sticks out past the sofa, which makes it look uneven and poorly designed. Overall, the quality does not match the time and effort required to put it together.

    Nice couch, but color is blue not gray.
