Not happy with this vendor

Ordered this online a week ago. Order status says delayed, no delivery date available. I wanted this in time for Christmas as it's a gift, clearly that won't happen. I can't even cancel the order as it's already been processed. Super annoying. I will be purchasing a different mattress topper somewhere else and will be returning this one whenever received.
