Great price, poor customer service

Although the quality of this Queen gel mattress topper is quite good it is not the overall length stated in the description. It is barely 77" long fully expanded, not the 80" advertised. In addition, the foam is cut on an angle in one corner, leaving a floppy, empty pocket. The one star rating pertains to the lack of customer satisfaction on the part of the Target partner, ARIZONA HEALTHCARE. I reported these problems within two days of receiving the product on April 15th and then spoke with a Target representative who sent my photos to the partner about a week later. Another week later an email from Target Guest Services confirmed that there hadn't been any response from ARIZONA HEALTHCARE. Today I initiated a return of this product and ordered a replacement from another seller. I won't do business with a company who thinks so little of the satisfaction of their customers.
