[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely rug with a plush feel. Rug has a strange smell, kind of like dirt. It has lessened a bit but I can still smell it. We opened the plastic wrap around the rug immediately after delivery too. Not sure what has caused this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this rug so much, but the shedding is out of control even for a wool rug. We have tried everything: vacuuming it, slapping it outside, even just running our hands over it (which results in something resembling scraping fresh snow off of a bench). The lint from this rug is all over our home, and whenever we vacuum it, the canister is filled within 30 seconds. It has added a level of stress to our new home that makes me sad because it looks great in the space. I have had other wool rugs including ones from Rugs USA but this is unlike anything I have ever experienced. It looks great visually but if you aren't up for bits of wool all over the place, then this might not be for you! We will likely have to return which is not ideal.

A quick vacuum once over and my canister is full. Weighing the pros/cons, at this be point I am keeping the rug!

There is a layer of white particles in my entire living room and it slowly starts traveling throughout my whole house (on my socks, clothes, etc.) Definitely a little bummed but overall great rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug delivered quickly and took less than a day to loose all its creases, which I was surprised about. It looks great in my living room and lights up the room. However I will say it sheds like crazy. I vacuum daily and I can’t tell if that makes it worse. If you plan on sitting on the rug a lot, this might not be the one. I still think it’s worth it because it’s thick and comfortable and beautiful. Just make sure to have a lint roller handy.

Rug is very beautiful to look at! But it sheds like crazy! I have vaccumed it around 10 times and it sheds enough to fill up the tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug itself is very beautiful, very soft, and a great thickness. But I find it sheds really bad. When I first put it down and vacuumed it, the entire tank on my vacuum filled with fibers from the rug. And even after, I find my socks always carrying the rug fibers around the house and if I set anything down on the rug it comes up covered in pieces of the rug.

I’ve been searching for a beige rug with black and gold and I found it. The quality is awesome, the only complaint is that the rug has a mildew smell. I’m doing everything to solve the problem.
