Best for arthritis !

I have arthritis in my knees . I am 62 and very active and now that I use this product I move better and I don’t miss a day without it . It is a supplement I can not do without !

Helped with cartilage problem

I tore the cartilage in my knee and Drs. removed most of it in the 1980s. I started feeling it a few years ago and started taking this product. The pain disappeared and I can walk without limping. it also helped some other joints that were giving me problems. I supplement this with hyaluronic acid even though the product contains it. I am very happy with this product.

Not best for diabetics

I had to stop taking it as it has Rice flour in it and it increased by glucose readings.
