    Defective Zipper on Arrival

    The mattress was delivered today, and within about 30 minutes of receiving it, I attempted to unzip the cover to identify the firm and medium-firm foam layers. Unfortunately, the zipper came apart immediately on the first use, making it impossible to open the cover. At this point, I cannot comment on the comfort or quality of the mattress itself because I have not been able to fully inspect it. My disappointment is with the defective cover. I have already contacted the manufacturer and provided photos of the mattress, broken zipper, and proof of purchase. I'm hoping they can send a replacement cover, as returning the entire mattress to the store would be inconvenient and wasteful when the issue appears to be limited to the zipper. I will update my review if the issue is resolved.
