Not a Happy Camper

The bed came in 2 sperate packages, 1 damaged with a message on it stating open carefully, it can only be returned in its original packaging, **you have to open both boxes to have all of the pieces.** THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS! just a note in the second box that states you'll need both to start assembly. The AmerLife LLC phone number does not work, The AmerLife email kicked & since it's a 3rd party Target can't actually help. The sympathy was ... "oh i understand because I.... " NO. I've taken each piece out of the box and placed them hazardously in my 3 years olds room to build a bed that doesn't come with instructions & i'm not sure I have all of the pieces. I insured it but I can't use the insurance if it's not built AND if I don't hear anything back in 14days I'll have to take it back to the store myself... the experience really REALLY sucks.

Beautiful Fun Bed

We got this beautiful low loft bed for our son's 5th birthday. He was thrilled when he saw it! I love that the slide is on the end and not the actual bed area. He loves going down the slide in the morning. We love having the windows with the little baskets to put small toys or his water at night. We are using the bottom bunk area for a toy/book area which we love. It is challenging to make up so we bought beddy's zip up bedding which helps alot. We have a 10 inch mattess on the top bunk which doesn't give our son much extra bedding rail but with it against the wall we feel he has enough to keep him in the bed without fall out. My husband said it was alot of pieces but got it together in about 4 hours.
