Luck Live Modern 86.61" TV Stand and Media Console & Entertainment Centers with Large Storage Space

Very disappointing and concerning experience purchasing this TV console through Target. The item arrived heavily damaged, with multiple panels broken completely in half. Since the console weighed over 100 lbs, returning it was extremely difficult and required multiple attempts before UPS finally picked it up. This return was facilitated by Target. After following all steps for return, the return was picked up and UPS later reported issues with the shipment and Target denied my refund, despite the item already being surrendered to the carrier through the approved return process. I spent weeks going back and forth between Target, the third-party seller, and UPS without resolution. The most frustrating part was feeling stuck between multiple companies, with each pointing responsibility elsewhere while I was left without the product or a refund. I expected much better support and accountability for a damaged item return, especially for a large furniture purchase. I would strongly recommend being cautious when purchasing large third-party furniture items through Target Marketplace, particularly if a return may be needed.
