Overall ok, but a few odd things

The capsules are good. Feels better to take with food. But caused urine to be a neon yellow/green color and vaginal discharge once being on them for a week. Stopped once discontinuing capsules. So not sure what is in them that may have caused that issue.

A long term fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] been relying on special Two in one form or another for a number of years now- it covers a lot of bases for me. It can be pretty effective in alternation with another NOW multi like Adam, depending on your particular needs as you age

I've been taking Special Two for over 25 years. It is the BEST Multi formula. I appreciate your Biochemists and Nutritionists excellent approach to more than a dozen Now Supplements. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
