I won't buy this any more
Every time I get a new can the product is lower quality. There are no berries left in it and the can I opened today had about a third of a cup of cranberry juice or coloured water on top. You have destroyed a good product.

Disappointing
Disappointing. Didn’t find a single berry, just watered down, cranberry flavored gelatin. Not even enjoyably tart because of the lack of berries.

I have been buying Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce my entire adult life this is the first time I have been disappointed with your product. It was all soupy, it wasn't clear like it's always been and I only counted four whole cranberries. Go back to what you've been doing for 50 years or you will be loosing customers with this poor product

Same as everyone else, don't know what you have done but you have ruined a quality product that I have loved for 50+ years. Fix it or it will ruin your business. I will not be buying again until there is proof it is returned to the original recipe.

Cranberry soup
March 2026 - bought a can of the whole berry cranberry sauce on a whim to top vanilla ice cream. It was thin and runny with virtually no berries. More like slightly thickened red cranberry flavored soup. Very disappointing.

What Happened?!
The last few cans we've tried have been terrible. What happened to the berries? They certainly aren't in the whole berry sauce any more. What's left in the can isn't the jellied style either--too loose and runny. Might as well buy generic if this is the new formula. A sad end to a family tradition.

A Thanksgiving or turkey dinner staple. It’s tasty and does not resemble can-like texture when served. Easy to open and serve. Who wants to spend the time making it from scratch? This is just as good if not better.

product is not what's shown on the can
I last bought this years ago and it was thick with many chunks of cranberries. the can I just bought is runny cranberry gel with a sparse amount of cranberry slithers, nothing close to whole cranberries. I checked online for reviews to see if this was a one off bad batch possibly and there are many who complained as well. I know shrinkflation and lowering product quality is a common thing food companies do nowadays but this is outright false advertising and a complete change of product.

I used to love this product. Will no longer purchase it because it now is just a bit of mush. No longer any whole berries. And, you should no longer advertise it as such.

Not up to par this time!
My can of whole berry cranberry sauce did not have ridges and did not jiggle. It was runny even when well refrigerated, unlike any other can we have ever had.

Tradition gone
I am so disappointed that you’ve changed the recipe and ruined the whole berry cranberry sauce. Not only are there no more cranberry pieces, the consistency has completely changed. It’s like mush. I’ve been eating this for decades, but no more. I’ll be looking for my receipts to return what’s in my pantry.

Used to be really good. I don't know what happened real runny. It's not thick like it used to be I got the whole Berry it's not usually this runny at all

I used to love this product but the last cans I bought were horrible - watery and very few berries. I won't buy again until I hear that the formula has been restored.

Where’s the berries?
Love the taste, still great, but massive lack of whole or even partial berries. It’s more like a compote or jam despite being sold as whole berry sauce. Forget about the jelly, not a fan.
