Good product but check the expiration date

A necessity for making pumpkin pie. Used to use Milnot but haven't been able to find it anymore. Of note, the Target store I purchased this at had multiple cans with the old label that were way beyond the expiration date. Target used to be good about checking dates.

Great for emergencies and desserts

I always keep a couple of cans of Carnation Evaporated Milk in my pantry for emergency milk supply. I also love using it when making homemade chocolate pudding or when making cook and serve packaged chocolate pudding. It seems to make them creamier.
