Terrible ever since Huy Fong spurned their pepper supplier
Unfortunately, this food never recovered after they broke ties with their supplier. It barely tastes like chilis, and is more sweet than spicy now. I have yet to find a good replacement.

Disappointing
The safety seal here isn’t practical; it can’t be taken off with your hands (based on my experience). Not sure how you’re supposed to remove it, but if you try to use utensils, it can get messy. I ended up just throwing it in the trash - I’ll find a better brand of sriracha that actually cares about their customers.

My go-to hot sauce for years!
This has been my favorite hot sauce for many, many years. It is extremely well balanced between flavor and heat. Plus it's thicker than a lot of hot sauces, out of your mind so you can put it on anything and it won't run off on you onto the plate. I've tried other Sriracha brands only when this is sold out and those are way too garlicky. Sriracha sauce naturally has garlic in it. That gives it its flavor. But like I said, this is extremely well balanced.
