I’ve been using Centrum Women Multivitamins and I find them good for the price since one bottle lasts a while. The tablets are big but easy enough to swallow and I don’t notice any strong taste. I feel more energetic and less run down since starting them though I always take them with food to avoid any stomach upset. I also like that it has a wide mix of vitamins and minerals like B vitamins, vitamin D, calcium, iron, zinc, and antioxidants that cover most of my daily needs. The packaging is simple, sturdy and easy to store, which makes it convenient for daily use.

I have tried many different multivitamins in the past and I can confidently say this is the only one that hasn’t made me feel nauseous. The pills are decent in size. Depending on the size they last me pretty long. I function/perform better taking them throughout the day. As you get older, a multivitamin becomes a very important part of your life, and finding the right one is a blessing. If you haven’t found the right one for you try this. I highly encourage.
