Although the act of crushing the tablet will not adversely impact the ingredients directly, crushing or splitting the tablets will expose the active ingredients to a greater surface area for potential degradation hence the tablet will degrade much more quickly.     Centrum Multivitamins for Women is a must have for overall reproductive health after 40.

    I have been taking this product years and years. It’s an affordable price for a multivitamins. Dosage is ones a day I always do, and I take it after a meal because it has lots of vitamins also helps for hair, it may cause you stomachs, in the beginning, you feel like hard to digest, eventually will absorb good. It builds up your immunity

    If I could give 0 stars I would. These vitamins hurt my stomach so bad & make me soooooo nauseous! I thought maybe it was just me and I had to introduce my body to it again so I started to take them after a month from taking a break on these, but it’s the same outcome everytime I take them. It’s the worse multivitamin I’ve ever taken in a long time! Switching to another brand asap!

    I’ve never had a problem taking pills in my life. No matter what time I take this, how hydrated or full of food I am, not only does my stomach hurt but my whole body aches. I’ve never had a sensation like that.
