Easy to take, but didn't work much for me. In the summer, they tend to stick together, so I have to tap them to separate before taking.

I would give it a zero. Normally go with regular liquid or pill probiotics but of course I got all excited for the gummies. I’ve had severe bloating that I lay awake a night and has yet to help. I stopped taking it today and felt better.

I think it's a good thing, and I even read on here that a woman lost 20 pounds while taking these not the bad idea it's not for weight loss, but if it helps even better
