Sized 20+ is not exactly true. I’m 5’7”Women’s size 28, and pear shaped. I can barely squeeze into them, but the waist is roomy. Good thing they work well when I can’t squeeze out of them quickly enough! We are not a good fit for each other.

If you’re sick with a cold and have bladder issues these are not good. I have gone through three of these and each time had a blow out. I’m not happy with how pricy these are and how flimsy they can be. Can’t even wear them for a whole day as they start to bunch up in the crotch area and become useless.

Depends usually work well for me, but these overnight underwear are not absorbant- the pee just runs down the top of the pad on the underwear and leak on my pants/clothing

The diapers are rough feeling I have MS so I sleep on my back the butt padding isn’t high enough I have to wake up 2 hours to change the diaper because it leaks out through the back the quality has become rougher and cheaper quality

Side leaks, while sleeping the path of least resistance is a straight line. Ops coverage area does not cover up over the but crack area so back side leaks. First time user of Depend product, bought the 80 pack and not happy.
