Changed formula; thin and watery now
I've bought this in the past, and it used to have a lovely scent and be quite thick. I didn't realize this was a "calming" scent, which does not smell good. And it's mostly water now; it's like they had 1/4 full bottle of the old stuff and just mixed it with 3/4 water. You can't even squeeze it into your hand; it runs out.

Affordable product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to use this product for my newborn. You can’t beat the price for the size of this body wash. I used it twice for my baby and I noticed that he had some dried spots that was not there before. I hope he’s not having sensitivity to this product. I stopped using it and will try again to see if it is the soap that’s caused the dry skin.

So bummed!
I absolutely loved this shampoo for many years. My daughter has super long, thick hair and it would clean it so nice and she would always smell so good. The last bottle I bought (within this last week), the shampoo is a completely different consistency. I looked on the bottle to see if they had mentioned a change in product, no mention anywhere. I compared the ingredients to my old bottle and they are COMPLETELY different. The new bottle also comes with a warning to not allow children to sit in it too long to prevent skin and urinary tract irritation. The previous bottle doesn't have that warning anywhere on it, which I am assuming means the previous ingredients were a little gentler. I am SO disappointed this product has changed so much. My daughter has extremely sensitive skin and it's been the only product we were able to use on her.

You pay for watery soap
I bought this because of the quality and name. I thought the price was really expensive for product but I did it anyway. What a mistake! The product is like water. I have to use so much to wash my granddaughter’s hair. For the price it should be a thick shampoo/ body wash. The smell is odd, perhaps it’s the Bert’s Bees brand but I don’t like it. So to sum this all up, I will Never purchase this again!
