DOESN'T WORK!!
I've tried this for 6 months. IT DOES NOT HELP WITH WEIGHT MANAGEMENT!! ZERO RESULTS! This is with a balanced diet and exercise! Very disappointed! Another false claim!!

I started using Estroven 10 days ago, and noticed less hot flashes but could be coincidental because of the short period of time. Developed severe constipation that I never had in my life, plus nausea does not go away despite the fact that I stopped using it. Mood swings worsened, however. One morning I woke up and burst into tears, could not stop for hours. Most importantly, my period came very painful and very heavy to the extent that for two days I did not leave the house. No painkillers gave relief. Sad that I cannot continue using it. I suspect there is more effect on the body than disclosed on the box and the website.

Allergic reaction
I had been taking this product for 4 days. I woke up with hives all over my body had to go to the ER cause I couldn’t breath well.

I am a few years into perimenopause and had been experiencing hot flashes and sweats at night (not during the day thankfully). I am 12 days into taking Estroven, and slowly they have been diminishing. Last night was the first time I slept through the night with no hot flashes. Nice to use a product that actually works! Horrible reaction
Took as directed and within minutes my scalp, face, neck, chest, arms, hands and legs were bright red, burning, swelling, and itching. My lips also swelled and were tingling and my chest felt tight. Immediately took a Benadryl, but 40 minutes later I am STILL red, swollen, and itchy all over.

Gaining instead
This helps hot flashes, but it’s not helping my weight. I actually feel worse now than I did before. It’s probably the soy because I always have this kind of reaction to soy. I need to try a different product.

If I could give this product a negative 5 stars I would. Lots of promises and no results for me. I was even dumb enough to buy 2 boxes because they said that it takes 60 capsules to take effect. Been using this for about 6 months. Personally I have noticed decreased but flashes as well as the intensity of them. N is ght sweats are also less and I feel like I just went to bed in a swimming pool. As far as weight management, I think it helps a little, but I think one needs to be aware of hunger versus boredom eating which is what help pack on the pounds for me.

My PCP recommended this product for night sweats and weight management. I thought, sure I’ll try it and hopefully get a better night sleep and lose a few pounds. I’m sold!! The directions say it will take about 60 days to notice but for me I noticed in about 2 weeks. I’m not as bloated and I’m sleeping much better! I have a night sweat but nothing as intense before using this product 👍🏾

Worth a shot
I could only take this for a few weeks because it unfortunately caused me major constipation. I have a feeling it would have worked for my night sweats but my body couldn’t handle the bloating and discomfort due to the constipation. The journey for relief continues…

Huge relief from Hot flashes
I was getting hot flashes every 3 hrs. Since taking this product they decreased to 3 within 24 hrs. It’s amazing, a huge relief. No more waking up in the middle of the night. I take it in the evening because I noticed if I take it in the morning I feel fatigued throughout the day.
