Tagamet works very well for me.

So sad this didn’t work. I am on Pepcid 2x a day and tried to switch to this for one of the doses. Very bad idea. It’s been a rough day. Would not recommend

Just took it while I have heartburn. It's been about 30 minutes and I don't feel any relief. The other *dines didn't work for me, but my doctor suggested I try this last one.

I’ve used the other brands and this is the only product that works within 5-10 minutes. I have an extremely slow digestion system and it still works. I was in excruciating pain because I ate something I shouldn’t have and this remedied it within 10 minutes.

I take this any time I have heartburn/acid reflux and it really stops it quickly. You can also take it before eating to be sure you don't have heartburn after.

Price is good for the quantity you get

Really great to ward off acid reflux

I've been on prescription PPIs (Nexium) for a couple on months due to severe acid reflux or GERD, never properly diagnosed. I decided to come off the PPI because one can become dependent on them for acid management and I was having side effects (hair loss). My doctor suggested I cut my dosage by half a week at a time and supplement with an OTC version like this or Prilosec until I can slowly come off the prescription. The first night off one prescription dosage and I was gurgling acid! This pill did nothing. Zero. Zip. I had to tolerate the feeling of extreme burning in my stomach (a sign the body has already become dependent on prescription) and switch to the over-the-counter extra strength acid reflux chalky pills, which work better. In other words, this medication did absolutely nothing for me, so I'm confused by all the rave reviews...?

Easy to order and receiving it fast

Had to change from cimetidine and tried a couple other OTC products that didn’t work as well. This is the only one that handled my sleep time heartburn.

Helps with my occasional acid reflux.

This works good on my heartburn. I have frequent heartburn and thought I would try the Tagamet. I have a tendency to eat foods that cause heartburn, acid indigestion. Taking this before I eat that dreaded food, I take one of these and it prevents the indigestion.
