Very watery
I have used this product for nearly 30 years and have always loved the thickness and spice level, however, something significantly changed the last few years, it is way thinner and not as spicy anymore. It's extremely disappointing as this used to be my favorite, so much so, I'd purchase bottles in my hometown whenever I visit because my current city didn't carry this particular bottle. I live in TX....there's plenty of other options....I'll start buying one of those.

Not spicy at all
This isn't spicy at all. They call it "hot" and they have a picture of a maxed out thermometer. This is false advertising. This is the weakest hot sauce I've ever tasted. I would estimate no more than 500 scoville heat units.

Says Hot but it's Not
I picked this up when my regular Ortega Hot sauce was out of stock, thinking this would be a similar, but better version of a spicy taco sauce. While the taste of this one is okay, it wasn't as bold in flavor as other brands and calling it 'Hot' is a total joke! Ortega's Medium sauce is hotter than this! I was really disappointed, like this was accidently bottled with Mild sauce instead. :( I'd have to mix in some pureed peppers or another brand to bring this to the right heat level for me, but it worked for my kid's tacos, they loved it, if that helps lol

Excellent taste, but not hot enough for my liking
I bought this to use as a taco sauce, and the flavor is excellent -- the flavor of fresh vegetables, tomatoes, etc -- but it's not particularly hot. I noticed that La Preferida makes an actual hot taco sauce as well, so I picked that up yesterday to try next.

A disappointment
I have been using Salsa Brava regularly for at least 35 years. For me it was the best balance between being hot enough to be an actual "hot sauce" and still taste the flavor of the sauce which I thought was great. I just tried a new bottle ...... what a terrible disappointment!! Unless the workers on your manufacturing line made a drastic mistake in mixing the ingredients, you have changed the recipe dramatically for the worse. Up to now your product was number 1 in my book, with only Huy Fong Foods Sriracha the second runner up. With this new recipe if in fact that is the case Huy Fong is what I will be reaching for from now on as this version of Salsa Brava does not warrant even taking the cap off.
