You can reference case 1098976. I hope this helps! Stove Top: Remove Lid & Film. Pour soup into a saucepan. Heat thoroughly(165F). Do not boil. Microwave: Remove lid & film. Place cup on microwave-safe plate, cover loosely, heat on high 3-4 minutes (times may vary) until hot (165°F). Stir halfway through. Let stand 1 minute in the microwave. Carefully remove by the plate. Caution! Soup & Container will be very hot.

A: Hi Kermit - Our soups need to be kept refrigerated. If they are left out of refrigeration for 2 or more hours, we suggest that you do not consume them.
