Persian with Fringe Border Woven Rug - Threshold™

Love the colors! What I was hoping for. I went by the other reviews though to get a more accurate picture of colors. (See my photo for the accurate colors of the rug) The stock photo is definitely brighter, so don’t go by that. The rug has a good thickness to it, in no way is it thin or flimsy. Glad I made this purchase!

I've purchased this style of carpet in the past, same brand, same color scheme and was very pleased with the quality and colors- although no 2 rugs were dyed the same. This latest version of the fringed area carpet is surprisingly ugly with a cheap looking execution of the design. the 'tourquoise' and salmon running through the navy is hideous and there's no hiding how cheap the weave is. I didn't even have to unwrap this rug to see how poorly executed this current incarnation of the Threshold blue fringed area rug is and couldn't return it fast enough

10'x13' Persian Style with Fringe Border Woven Area Rug Orange -> I knew this going in, based on all the other reviews, but I was still a little sad the color is muted vs the saturated item photo, hence 4 stars (this shld really be updated on the site with photos showing the true colors). That said, i do love the carpet in my living room and the mood change it brought. Would i prefer a higher pile, natural fiber rug? Yes, but the price was right, I think it will be durable, I appreciate the materials are recycled & I waited (& waited) for it to go on sale. One shld buy a pad for the carpet, esp if on hardwood floors (no slipping and comfie underfoot). It lies flat immediately. It has a new carpet smell & one of my cats is obsessed with it (lying on it)😻.

Giant rug, really soft. Awesome deal at 40% rugs sale. Hard to find size. Pretty, muted colors in multiple shades of blue and neutral tans. Using with a felted Parachute rug pad (also on sale). Definitely needs a pad. Higher quality than some.

The colors and how well it's made.

Beautiful colors even though much more subdued than the photo and no shedding. This is the second threshold rug I've bought and the first is now 3 years old and still looks like new.

Doesn’t really look like the photo. The colors are not as vibrant. The parts that are black in the photo are silver in the rug that I got. There is no black in it at all like the advertised photo. This is disappointing, but I decided to keep it anyway. Don’t want to deal with the return.

This is such a beautiful rug, good quality, could use a pad underneath. I ordered the teal color. Not as bright in person. I got this is on cyber Monday at a great deal!

I really like the rug, but there is no fringe!

It is on the thin side but that was expected from reviews. We have it directly on hardwood and it's not slippery enough that I think it requires a backing pad. It's slightly cooler toned in person and the outlines of the design on the border are more pronounced. The yellow is also definitely more on the beige side and the turquoise is on the bluer side compared to the more greenish one in the stock photo. The overall effect is still gorgeous though and I am happy with it.

purchased the Orange 7 x 10 rug... I just love it..colors are beautiful and good quality.. I will buy a good rug pad as it is quite thin... Very happy with this purchase...will buy a runner as I love this rug so much... Very Happy with this my first rug purchase from Target ..

The colors went great with my furnishings.

We got the teal runner. It's not as vibrant as the pics make it look online. At all. Still looks nice, but doesn't give that punch of color I was looking for. Really wanted to get the larger one for dining room but unsure now.

I'd been searching for an area rug for months and months. I looked at SO MANY rugs and suffer from rug-buying paralysis because of the risk of buying online. I decided to try this one because I could return it to the store if it didn't work. I bought the "beige" color, which is actually a lot of muted teal and blue. It's beautiful and looks high-end, and I love the fringe detail. As other reviewers have stated, the colors look less saturated in real life than the photos. But I'm happy about that because I prefer the colors to be a little more muted. It's a little more than I wanted to spend on a rug, but I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Like everyone else has written in some way, the ‘Neutral’ colorway of this rug does not look like the photos. I expected something warm-orangey-beigey, but instead it’s something a bit cooler and more like... greyaige. That being said, I ended up really liking it. It still works in my space as a whole. It’d be nice if the tassels were a bit more frayed and longer to sell the “look”, but I’m sure that’ll happen over time. :) Also, mine came with a dark stain in one of the corners. Superficial, like dirt from the warehouse somehow. It’s not the best, but I think I’ll be able to clean it out with some oxyclean.

Disappointed in the color, which didn’t match the internet picture. Will probably return it. Waiting to see what decorator says.
