Looks good
I’ve been using this eyeliner regularly and like how smooth it applies and how comfortable it feels throughout the day. The pencil glides on easily without tugging, and the color looks natural and defined. It stayed pretty well, though I did notice a bit of smudging after several hours. Overall, it’s a reliable everyday eyeliner that works well for casual or simple makeup looks. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a dependable, easy-to-use liner.

No way to sharpen
the eyeliner itself is fine, it goes on smoothly, but there is no way to sharpen it so it is basically worthless after a couple of uses. Is there a way to sharpen it that k just dont know about? Also, why is this reciew defaulted to all caps? I really am not yelling.

Solid black eyeliner, has good staying power and is easy to apply. Came off easy with makeup remover but didn’t smudge during the day. Works well with my sensitive skin.

Great but target needs to do better.
I like the pen version of eyeliner. It makes the application much easier. I think the product is great but l had to return because it was empty. I think customers bring their empty containers to Target and replace them in the box without anyone noticing. So disappointed in people. From now on l am only buying products that are completely sealed in plastic containers.

Horrible burning and watering eyeliner
Since they discontinued everyone’s favorite, neutrogena nourishing eyeliner, i ordered this. Oh my! If you’re worried about your eyes burning and watering ….DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I had tears streaming down ny face because it burned so badly. I thought this was a creamy eyeliner…it’s gel (???) or SOMETHING. I tried everything to get it off after a half hour because i was so allergic to it. Why did they take away their most popular eyeliner?? You might like the price but that’s it?

Bad reaction
Bought this to replace the nourishing eye liner they discontinued. My eyes have been burning and red since I put it on. I washed it off, have used eye drops this is day two and they are still red and burning. Please bring back the nourishing eyeliner.

Great for basic eyeliner users
I don't do anything crazy with my eyeliner -- usually just on my waterline and then occasionally will create a basic smokey look on the outside of my eyes. If you are looking for a good brown eyeliner that will stay on and you don't need anything crazy, this is it. Super reliable and straight forward and I love their shade of brown. would not recommend for anyone looking to do any advanced eyeliner look because the tip is not super sharp

No smudger on the end like your original pencils
This goes on too thick and doesn't make a fine line or have a smudger on the other end. I absolutely hate this pencil and wish you'd bring back the other one. I've gone to buying different brands because of it.

Do not buy this hellish eyeliner, it BURNS
What the actual hell is in this eye liner? It took two days of Patanol drops to get my eyes to stop burning, You stopped producing the eyeliner I've used forever and so I was hoping I could switch over to this but I might as well just go ahead and pour hydrochloric acid in my eyes and be done with it.

Best Navy ever
My go to most of the time.. Smokey Kohl Deep Navy (40) I like it because when i ak for a navy..It's actually a navy .. and one that can be seen as such...stays on ...never over messy...stays on my inner rim as well.. I can go thin with the liner or thick .. lasts very long does not need to be over rolled up. does not break ...and does not need sharpening ... so it really lasts ... I change up my eyeliners in between, but this one is my most used....

Fave brand of pencil so far
One of my absolute favorite brands for eyeliner. Smooth, pigmented, I used it on my waterline because I generally don't do my top line. Precise lines. Don't like that you have to sharpen it tho
