It worked well the first time, but the cap pops off too easily so it dries out. I've kept it in my makeup bag over the last couple of weeks and it's popped off twice. I make sure that it snaps into place so I know it's not that. Once it dries, it's done for. As this seems to be a problem for other people as well, I can't recommend this eyeliner to anyone.

This used to be my holy grail. Better than Dior, Stilla etc because it was so saturated, long lasting, and the brush wouldn't fray. Something has definitely changed in the last couple months where that is no longer the case. This formation is much drier and runs out in half the time. Physician's Formula thought they'd make this product half as good, probably to enrich their greedy CEO, and that we wouldn't notice. Now I'll be finding a new go-to eyeliner and you should too.

I really wanted to love this and loved how fine of a line it could make, but it didn’t last long at all. I have hooded lids and this was almost completely gone after only 3-4 hours (and I work in an office so it’s nothing laborious). I swatched it on my hand before using and it did last through multiple hand washings, but it doesn’t seem to stand up to oil at all. And my eyelids are only slightly oily so it’s nothing egregious. The search continues…

i have somewhat hooded eyes and for some reason every single liquid eyeliner would transfer onto my lids. took my years to find this and it doesn't budge!!!! love the applicator as well it's very narrow but controlled and allows for an easy/slick application. even though it doesn't transfer it's still easy to remove with any make up remover

this eyeliner is amazing. it's truly waterproof, lasts hours and hours, so easy to get really precise lines or bold strokes, i could go on! it does dry out after i've had the cap off for like 5+ mins to do my eyeliner, but when i just re wet it with a damp paper towel it works perfectly again and is still waterproof. sign of a great eyeliner: it never runs, never smudges, only flakes (and it barely ever even flakes). please never change this formula!

I have loved this eyeliner and bought it several times, but this last time has been miserable. The eyeliner either won't dispense, or it stops dispensing after a little while. I thought it was just a manufacturing problem with the one I bought, but the replacement one did the same thing. Did the formula change so that it doesn't dispense well anymore? I'm so disappointed!

I’ve been buying this for 4 years and have never had issues, but the last 2 I purchased are completely dried out and the ink cartridge doesn’t move around inside the eyeliner. They need to check out their manufacturing because something is up.

I tried this because it was highly rated. I got it in the mail and it was almost completely dried out like it had already been used. Even shaking it and wetting the brush didn't bring it back to life. It's defective probably but I wouldn't risk it again.

I asked a coworker 3 years ago what eyeliner she was using and she told me it was this one. I can honestly say that I probably will not ever use a different one. I always get compliments on how sharp my eyeliner is! It stays put throughout the day, but it is easy to get off too. No need to scrub your eyelids off.

There must be two different formulas that people get because mine was 0% waterproof!! In fact, the ink itself was so watery that I couldn’t even get it to look actually black without packing an eyeshadow on top. I’m really disappointed in this:(
