Uses

minor aches and pains, minor sore throat pain, headache, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, temporarily reduces fever, helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus and make coughs more productive., minor aches and pains, minor sore throat pain, headache, runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose or throat, itchy, watery eyes due to hay fever, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation.

Allergy alert: Acetaminophen may cause severe skin reactions. Symptoms may include:

Do not use

Do not use : in a child under 12 years of age ,if you are allergic to acetaminophen,with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist.,with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on the skin, if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

Do not use more than directed. Measure the dose correctly using the enclosed dosing cup. Take every 4 hours in dosing cup provided, while symptoms persist. However, trace levels of alcohol may sometimes be present in the flavors or other ingredients of this product as a result of manufacturing processes. Please note that the product contains diphenhydramine (antihistamine/cough-suppresant) which can cause drowsiness.

    Beware — these medicines contain Maltitol, which is a sugar-free sweetener alternative and it is known to cause gastrointestinal issues such as gas, bloating, and diarrhea. If you have a sensitive stomach, do NOT take these.

    Horrible!

    Non Drowsy, this medicine kept me up all night did night while tossing and turning. Did not relieve my cough and I've was still congested. I will not purchase again. Waste of money, I had to buy another medicine.

    No decongestant??!

    This used to be my go-to (former teacher, dealt w/ my fair share of colds) but this “new formulation” is trash. What kind of cold medicine doesn’t include a decongestant???? Absolutely useless. You’re better off taking Tylenol & Sudafed separately.

    Check flap on ingredients

    Not sure why a company would put Red 40 and Blue 01 in their medicine when there is no need for it. The side effects of these color dyes are known this product doesn't even need to be a red. Plus they could use beet coloring but they go for the cheaper, petroleum derived, Red 40. Theraflu is owned by GSK Group so no wonder why they choose profits over customer health.
