Awful!! Not only does it NOT help with keeping a person regular, even after taking it daily ( I was thinking it may take a while to work) still didn’t work! Don’t waste your money. I used to take the Culturelle pills. Thinking I won’t be going back to those either. They worked very well.

Finally an Option for My Teen
These probiotics seem to work. Plus they taste good and are a viable option for someone who doesn't like to swallow capsules or tablets. Bloating and Pain
After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to give these a try. Although the taste is okay, these made me bloat to the point I look 5 months pregnant, and the stomach pain is absolutely insane. I almost went to the ER. I do not have any digestive issues, and no other health issues to have caused these symptoms. No history of a sensitive stomach. Obviously I won't be buying anything like this again.
