Terrible delivery service
My review is about the delivery service. My rug package was ripped open on the end. The rug was dirty and frayed. It is unraveling because of this. I assume they dragged it to cause this? I don't know about the quality of the rug because I haven't opened it because I am not keeping it because of that. I am trying to find out how to return it. Very disappointed as I waited over 2 weeks for the rug. I think they should have at least taped the ripped package back together to prevent damage to the rug.

Did come with a pretty large snag, which for the price I was not happy about, but was able to cut off and cover. Hopefully it does not fall apart.
