Description

A careful balance of rusticity and elegance, this outdoor wall light, from the Franklin Iron Works™ brand, is the perfect addition to your patio or balcony. In a classic urban barn style with a curving neck, it invokes a charmingly old-fashioned feel. A smooth textured black finish gives this fixture a clean, almost contemporary touch. It requires vertical installation and is equipped with a built-in dawn to dusk photocell that provides lighting you don't have to worry about. Dark Sky friendly design shines light to the ground, not the night sky. Note that Dark Sky regulations vary by region, so please check with your local municipality for requirements.   • A: Hi - yes, you can control the light with a wall switch. The design has a built-in dusk-to-dawn photocell that turns the light automatically on at night and then off at sunrise.

    Quality Lighting

    Beautiful, But Function was Short-lived

    Ordered because it is a beautiful style and we’re not disappointed in that aspect. We were remodeling and had lamp for over 1 year before installing. Wonderful when first installed, but dusk to dawn feature and ability to keep lamp lit failed after about 6 months of daily use with recommended bulb. Have since seen a number of reviews on other websites describing the same failure. Unfortunately do not recommend.

    Porch light perfection

    Just what we were looking for for our porch light. It’s hardwired and is on a sensor for night if the switch is on which is nice. Works great. The texture is not smooth (which is what I like) so it looks beautiful and it feels pretty heavy duty. Color is true matte black. We bought two more for our garage area as well. Well-made.

    Nice added curb appeal for the front of our house.

    We purchased 2 for our garage area, nice shape, size. Really like that they have dusk to dawn sensors for safety. We’re thinking of ordering another for the side of our house.
