Not like Velluxe of the past. Stiff. You're only suppose to wash every 6 months. Directions say to wash by hand or on gentle cycle. Dry on low or hang to dry. King size. 100% nylon.

I've loved this type of blanket since the 1970's 😂. I ordered it in ivory. It's a little more yellow than what's show. In the pic online but I still like it. Haven't washed it yet If it's like previous ones. It will wash well.

I ordered the moss green and that is what the description says on the package but this blanket looks like a dusty gray. I don’t even like gray so I would not have ordered a gray one. I am going to try and sell this locally before I send it back, but in the meantime, I’m going to be ordering. I guess the ivory colored one though I really wanted the lovely looking moss green that it shows in the picture.

The best blanket!
I had to replace my original Vellux blanket as it literally fell apart after 20+ years. They are not sold in stores anymore so I was pleased to find another one at Target online. After having a Vellux blanket I couldn’t find anything else comparable. They are soft & warm without being “heavy” or stifling.

Buy a different blanket
I am so disappointed in these blankets. I purchased three of them, and all of them started getting balding areas within six months. Those brown areas you see are where the blue fuzz has fallen out and it is showing the yellow foam core underneath. It's so sad because they are so soft and lightweight, but I highly recommend buying a different blanket as it is not durable.

I LOVE this blanket. I sleep hot, often waking up to wipe seat from my forehead, but this blanket helps with keeping me cool (and warm) all night. I stopped using a top sheet and just sleep with this blanket. Additionally, I washed this according to the instructions and had no problems with it disintegrating like the pictures shown in the reviews. I've washed it a total of 2x in the 2 months owning it so far. I am buying another one.
