Please Do Better
In general, I like the flavor of G&G Madras Lentils. These pachages are great for the microvave or cheap travel meals. What really disappoints is the lack of quality control. More than half of the packages contain about five spoons of lentils plus some brown salty water and three beans. And less than half have a meal portion equivalent to a side dish. I have never experienced any creamy tomato sauce. And I always have to add curry spice.

I buy these and the Bombay Potatoes over and over for quick and easy lunches at work. I add textured vegetable protein to make it a more substantial and nutritious meal (I’m not vegetarian; I just appreciate easy options). My only gripe is that these aren’t available at any Target stores near me, so I have to get them shipped.
