Looks nice but not comfortable to sit in

Really beautiful chair, just didn’t feel that it was very comfortable.

Extremely uncomfortable, absolutely no padding. The back slant slightly forward, and it's as hard as a rock. Hitting you in the center part of your back . Completely not functionable to sit in Cute to fill a space or used for decorative purposes. But absolutely zero functionality, a slab of concrete is more comfortable

This chair arrived on time and in one piece, however it smells horrible! The entire chair smells like it was doused in gasoline or some other noxious gas. It’s so bad that we have to leave it outside to attempt to air it out. Of course they are all sold out so I can’t exchange it…

This chair was a happy surprise. I’ve been waiting for it to come back in stock in the natural linen color so when it did, I snapped it up. I absolutely love it. It’s the perfect width for my space and the fabric is really nice. It’s also surprisingly comfortable . I just need to add an accent pillow and it will be perfect. Very very happy!

Wow grab these asap they are comfy, balanced, good quality, affordable priced and easy to clean with mild unscented no dye free and clear soap and warm water to blot as needed. They also elevate any space design wise and are perfect!

The Fed Ex driver left the box on my driveway during a rain storm, instead of putting the box on my covered porch and the box and chair were soaking wet. I sat on the phone with Leah, who claimed to be a manager for 40 minutes and then she told me I had to call a company to arrange a pick up. I do not have more time to take out of my work day to fix what is not my fault. This has been a horrible experience.

The "light brown" is not the color they are showing. I've purchased these exact chairs in the past for projects and they changed threshold fabric entirely without telling customers. The "light brown" that was a camel brown is now a dark grey/mushroom color. They also look a lot cheaper than they used to. Poor seams that show and not remotely comfortable. Save your money.

I have these in the striped and the green. They are absolutely stunning and go in any room. Super comfortable and supportive and you would think I got them from McGee and Co themselves! Highly recommended

I looked at all the reviews and photos before purchasing, but going back I now realize most reviews are 2 years old. The chair I ordered is the light brown color, which is represented on the website as a warm toned camel color. The chair I received looks more like the gray color, it is a cool toned mushroom color. I was convinced I got the gray sent by accident, but the box says "Brown". Buyer beware....they have changed fabric distributor most likely, and haven't updated website photos. The 2 year old photos from reviewers look a lot warmer and more like website than what I recevied.

Purchased 2 in the light brown to serve as accent chairs by a window in my living room. I love them.

Absolutely in love with these olive green barrel chairs! The velvet material is so soft and luxurious, making it the coziest spot in the house. It's the perfect size—not too big, but roomy enough to curl up in with a good book. Everyone in my house gravitates toward this chair, and it's quickly become the most coveted seat in the living room.

Super cute chair. A little uncomfortable for sitting with extended periods of time but overall good quality!

Returned item due to being too small for an area in our living room. BUT, it is such a BEAUTIFUL chair and great quality!

I was wanting a shorter chair to accent my two large leather couches in my living room, but also a chair that can accommodate my 6’2” husband comfortably - and this chair is THAT! It’s shorter in size, which is perfect because it doesn’t make my living room feel divided and broken up (like my previous taller wingback chairs). It’s large enough that I can curl up sideways in it and read a book (I’m 5’2”). The chair comes fully assembled in a large box and it is wrapped and packaged well for protection. You just pull the chair out and unwrap it, et voila! For informational purposes, the seat cushion appears to be its own separate thing, but is fully attached to the chair base and does not remove. I find that easier because you aren’t constantly adjusting a cushion. It is very sturdy and well made. The seams are smooth and lovely. The chair is solidly built. Very quality materials and the sale price was an additional perk! 10/10 would recommend this! I purchased two and plan to purchase two more to accommodate more guests.
