I had been taking this for about 3 months and noticed i wasn’t as bloated after eating but I was also taking Bye Bye Bloat alongside this. I want to like it but I noticed I started getting yeast infections only after taking this so I would stop for a few days then take some again to see if these were response and every time I took my V was off… I smelled different but not bad, intercourse had me irritated, and everything just wasn’t right. As soon as I stopped taking these (I still take Bye Bye Bloat) everything went to normal. Def not worth it
