Lifestorey Set of 2 Newington Mid Century Modern Dining Chairs Charcoal Gray: Mid-Century Design, Rubberwood Frame, Polyester Upholstery

I bought 6 chairs and my 11 year helped me assemble 4 of them. They were fairly easy to assemble after we figured out the first one. Quality seems okay but I am using where they won’t get heavy use. When we opened box for the last two chairs, the wooden parts had mold on them. I took back to Target to return and replace. They took them back without issue but could not give me two more at the price I originally paid. I would have to pay today’s price at $30 more. What?!? This is a Target Plus seller and customer service policies are not the same even though Target sells the product. So now I am stuck paying more money for the chairs or just returning the rest and finding 6 new ones. I would have given more stars for value but now I have to pay more money.

The style is nice and elegant. The assembled part is so hard, not user friendy and the quality is not as expected. The screw keep coming off somehow and wiggling. I would like to return.

Wouldn’t recommend these chairs. They’re terribly designed, and parts of the chair are constantly coming loose and we have to tighten the screws. They’re super cute, but unfortunately cheaply made. Spend your money elsewhere.

It’s a nice set, but these chairs are the biggest nightmare to put together. The directions were all backwards and there are no pilot holes on the seat. Unless you enjoy spending hours putting together chairs, don’t buy these. Malaysia really asked themselves what the hardest design would be for people to put together furniture and thought of these chairs. Save yourself the stress.
